The unique, pristine ecosystem encompassing and surrounding Hornpiren National Park has evolved in relative isolation, with many precious flora and fauna found only in the world's select few valdivian temperate rain forests, such as these.
From mid-November through mid-April you'll have many opportunities to 4-wheel, hike, raft and boat through the Andes and its rushing rivers, valleys and coastal waters.
There are three salmon species, rainbow and brown trout, plus 123 bird and 25 mammal species known to the region, including: kodkod, pudu, chilla fox, puma, coypu, huemul and lessor grisson.
You will also have the chance to be astounded by live volcanoes, ancient glaciers, gorgeous mountain lakes and numerous colorful crashing rivers.
The environment is rugged, enthralling and mystical, but balanced by the deluxe service and lodging accommodations provided by your experienced guides and hosts. |

Fishing with Rio Salvaje Lodge is meant to be a trip of a lifetime.
